Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring prompt and accurate invoice and payment handling.
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions, guaranteeing timely and precise invoice processing.
  • Generate and dispatch customer invoices professionally, ensuring accuracy in billing and compliance with agreements.
  • Handle international accounts receivable, managing foreign currency transactions and adhering to global billing standards.
  • Foster relationships with international clients to streamline payment processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Establish and uphold effective procedures for tracking outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
  • Perform all AR activities with meticulous attention to detail, including accurate data entry and thorough account reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels through regular audits and maintain precise inventory records.
  • Input and maintain financial data in the accounting system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct month-end closing activities, including financial report generation and account reconciliations.
  • Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Record and categorize journal entries for various financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks to support the finance team and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, demonstrating a strong grasp of accounting principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to meet deadlines and navigate challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and analyzing spreadsheets and generating reports.
