Job Summary

The Director of Practice Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our practice sites to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role requires a strong leader who can foster a positive practice culture, manage and develop staff, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal practice functioning and compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Partner with Medical and Administrative leadership to develop strategic plans and drive business growth for the practice area.
  • Manage and develop staff, including recruiting and retention of management, staff, and providers.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Five years of progressively advanced financial and administrative management in a hospital outpatient practice environment required.
