Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Create purchase orders, receive parts, and manage daily dispatch
  • Pick up and deliver parts as needed
  • Perform other duties as required, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Previous experience in a call center or dispatch environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
