Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Delta Companies. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for providing integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals 18 and older and their families struggling with addiction.

Our outpatient treatment program offers a comprehensive approach to care, with a focus on developing a customized plan to help individuals walk a healthier path in life. Our MAT program is available for the treatment of opioid use disorder, as well as alcohol and tobacco use disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field, including Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Alaska Clinical Licensure in a designated field within four years of hire
  • Two years of supervised clinical work experience for master's level Behavioral Health, or two years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level
