Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is a medical professional responsible for planning and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans to address these limitations.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function, and to prevent further injury or disability.
  • Use various mechanical and electrical equipment, and prosthetic and orthotic devices to assist patients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Record and report patient progress to healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders.
