Nursing Care Specialist Position

Job Description:
- Provide personal care and support to patients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Monitor patient's condition and report any significant changes to the Case Manager
You must be certified by the state as a nurse aide, maintain a current CPR Certification, list on the state aide registry with a clear record able to deliver care to patients, and have a valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
