Job Summary: As a Restorative Nursing Assistant Specialist, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in achieving their optimal level of functioning, while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the rehabilitation process. About the Role:
  • Collaborate with nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Provide close support and guidance to patients, enabling them to master essential skills and activities necessary for daily living.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Prior experience in restorative nursing or a related field, with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program (C.N.A License).
  • Good standing with state registry required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
