About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at SeamonWhiteside. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project workloads with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and review project technical specifications, reports, and other documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to resolve issues and ensure project compliance
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably with a design firm or construction company
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
