Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Sales Counselor to join our team in Mansfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/families
  • Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner
  • Touring the community and model residences
  • Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director's approval
  • Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and outside contacts
  • Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration, and mathematics
  • Senior living sales experience is required
  • At least two years of a successful sales track record
  • Experience in memory care preferred
  • Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Weekend days required
