Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize maintenance work to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Supervise a team of maintenance and janitorial staff
  • Perform annual unit inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure timely turnover of units
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
  • CADL and clean DMV record
  • HVAC certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $44.00 per hour, with a hiring range of $35.75 per hour for new employees. Please note that the final salary will be based on the candidate's experience and the current salary level of similar employees at EAH.
