BSA/AML Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our team at Bilt Rewards. As a BSA/AML Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our compliance framework, ensuring the safety and soundness of our payment processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage transaction monitoring programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
- Identify and consult on compliance risks related to business expansion and new product development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC matters, with a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar certification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
