Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-club interactions.
  • Execute acquisition and retention strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Resolve member concerns in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members.
  • Maintain all club policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Prior front-line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
  • Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement.
  • Basic math skills preferred.
  • Computer proficiency preferred.
Work Environment

The majority of the time will be spent in a stationary position on hard surfaces. Occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping may be required to examine or scan merchandise. Lifting objects up to 30 pounds may be necessary, with occasional lifting and moving of heavy and/or awkward objects with assistance.
