Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Sales Consultant who is eager to learn and possesses some industry experience. This role is vital to our team and contributes to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive experience for customers throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated from various sources.
  • Propose solutions that address customer concerns while highlighting our competitive advantages.
  • Exhibit technical knowledge and maintain credibility with clients.
  • Conduct analysis and load calculations to determine customer needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals effectively.
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in preparing financing documents and processing payments.
  • Monitor performance metrics and strive to meet established goals.
  • Be available for communication with clients and participate in training sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Adhere to company standards of conduct and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
  • High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and industry practices.
  • Experience in service agreement sales and estimating.
  • Strong skills in relationship building and customer service.
  • Proficient negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility under company insurance policies.
