About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Caregiver. As a Home Care Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in their private residences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Embody a person-centered approach, treating each individual with dignity and respect.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active Illinois CNA certification preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver's license preferred to transport clients using their vehicles.
  • Prior experience in caregiving with older adults and seniors required.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.
