Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Boar's Head Resort. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for coordinating all Spa appointments, retail transactions, and daily routines while maintaining our 4 Diamond Service Expectations.

• Answer multi-line telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate appointments with hotel Guest Services Agents to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage inventory, including amenities, linens, treatment products, retail products, and cleaning supplies
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory control counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and retail displays to provide a welcoming environment for guests
• Ensure quiet room amenity levels are consistently met
• Clean lockers and maintain locker room amenity levels
• Process retail purchases and gift certificates in a timely and accurate manner
• Make, confirm, and bill Spa appointments with attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Ability to work 5-7 days per week in rotational shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and resolve problems calmly and effectively
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Spa or Resort environment, and previous cash handling experience are desirable
