Spa Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Boar's Head Resort. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for coordinating all Spa appointments, retail transactions, and daily routines while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate appointments with hotel Guest Services Agents to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage inventory levels, including amenities, linens, treatment products, retail products, and cleaning supplies
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory control counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and retail displays
  • Bill retail purchases and gift certificates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make, confirm, and bill Spa appointments with attention to detail and speed
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Computer knowledge and experience, with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work 5-7 days per week in rotational shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and resolve problems calmly and effectively
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Spa or Resort environment, and previous cash handling experience are desirable
