We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Instructor at Goldfish Swim School - Columbia. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, while promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
Requirements:
  • Ability to swim and hold current lifeguard certification
  • Experience working with children and teaching swimming lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
