Key Responsibilities- Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
- Design and develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
- Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion.
- May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $83,124.80. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
