**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of 8-10 warehouse associates and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet or exceed Wine.com standards for safety, quality, productivity, and conduct.
  • Train new incoming members of your team and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Dispatch work/orders and maintain a standard of high-quality work.
  • Set the work pace, efficiency, and work accuracy for your team and ensure they maintain warehouse SOPs.
  • Assist managers with supervising your team's time and attendance, conduct, and other duties.
  • Lead daily meetings with your team to set the tone for the day and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and neat warehouse work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2-4 years of warehouse experience with 1-2 years in a lead/supervisor role.
  • Ability to build, train, and lead a successful team.
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, if needed.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and paying attention to accuracy and processes.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Humor and the ability to tell a story while keeping your hands moving.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and fork-lift (a plus).
