We are seeking a skilled Medical Social Worker to join our team at Saratoga Medical Center in Bedford, MA. As a Medical Social Work Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing care coordination and discharge planning services to our patients.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate school of social work or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with two years of relevant experience. BLS certification is also required prior to start date.

You will work as part of the EFMP program department, providing support to military families on Hanscom AFB. This is a part-time position, 24 hours a week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday.
