Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and in collaboration with the physician, family, and healthcare team.
- Utilize the nursing process to provide safe and therapeutic care, promoting the maximum mental and physical capabilities of each resident.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Current certification in CPR and long-term care experience preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $26 to $31 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling with 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts available.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer contributions for a Health Savings Account, and more.
