Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered software applications using Python and relevant libraries such as LangChain, LangIndex, PyTorch, and SageMaker SDK.
  • Implement and deploy AI models using Docker and AWS ECR.
  • Work with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, IAM, Glue, S3, Lambda, CodeCommit, and CodePipeline to develop and deploy AI-powered applications.
  • Develop quick applications using Streamlit, NodeJS, or other app frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop NLP models for text classification, completion, summarization, and generation.
  • Work with embeddings models to create vector embeddings and interact with vector databases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve our AI-powered software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Python skills and experience with relevant libraries.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS ECR.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, IAM, Glue, S3, Lambda, CodeCommit, and CodePipeline.
  • Experience with developing quick applications using Streamlit, NodeJS, or other app frameworks.
  • Experience with NLP models and embeddings models.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, retrieval optimization, and tradeoffs of splitting methods.
  • Familiarity with benchmarks for model evaluation and methods of determining vector similarity.
  • Experience with scaling ML training workloads using distributed training techniques on GPU and/or developing microservices for AI/ML/GenAI products.
  • Experience with data preprocessing and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real-world experience fine-tuning models, methods of fine-tuning, and data preprocessing.
