The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Specialist to join our team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our business intelligence tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Develop and deliver client trainings on our platform, ensuring clients have the necessary skills to get the most out of our tool
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure our products meet client needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
