At Serene Health Services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate hybrid Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive autism assessments using standardized tools and provide detailed diagnostic reports.
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Offer feedback sessions with families to discuss assessment results and recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and patient interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of autism spectrum disorders.
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Psychologist from the Board Certified Psychologists.
  • Specialized training and experience in autism assessment.
  • Proficiency with standardized assessment tools for ASD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting focused on ASD.
Work Environment:

This hybrid position will require 3 days working from the office and allow 2 days to work from home. The hybrid Psychologist must have a suitable home office setup that ensures client confidentiality and a professional environment for telehealth services.
