Responsibilities
  • Entering invoices into NetSuite
  • Resolving discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders
  • Contacting vendors for documentation
  • Helping with accounts payable projects
  • Reconciling monthly reports
  • Maintaining documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of AP experience
  • Inventory management experience preferred
  • NetSuite experience preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2 years AP experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Compensation: $52,000-$55,000/yr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Hybrid

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
