What you’ll do:

As a Senior Document Specialist , you will monitor all inbound documents to Accounts Payable including image resolution and request processes, cancelled documents, supplier reconciliation requests, document retrieval and scanning and routing invoices as needed.



Responsibilities:

  • Monitors all inbound documents to Accounts Payable
  • Supports document retrieval requests as needed
  • Supports image resolution and request processes
  • Coordinates training and issue resolution related to OCR / ICR performance



What you’ll need:


Education: High School diploma required with related years of experience. Bachelor degree in areas of Supply Chain Operations preferred


Experience: 2-3 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment with OCR experience required
