Position Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist is essential in creating a positive first impression for our patients. This full-time role requires weekend availability and is focused on delivering outstanding service and support to all patients and prospective patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our team to meet operational objectives and enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Oversee the clinic's scheduling and appointment management, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Maintain and organize patient medical records efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas, notifying management of supply needs.
  • Foster a positive workplace atmosphere and contribute to team morale.
  • Assist with daily operations as directed by the Practice Manager.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Experience in managing patient charts and complex filing systems.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while managing patient interactions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications including Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
  • Availability for full-time hours, including weekends.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
