Job Summary

The LifeSpa Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and members. They will operate the telephone system, answer incoming calls, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful and pleasant attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming internal calls and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments and schedule them accordingly
  • Explain LifeSpa products, services, and treatments to guests and assist them in determining their individual needs
  • Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services
  • Complete outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments
  • Use all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
  • 1 year of receptionist experience
Compensation
