We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at the Ironton-Lawrence County Area Community Action Organization. As a key member of our Head Start program, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children.

Job Summary:

This is a Non-Exempt position responsible for managing and delivering a full range of Head Start services to enrolled families. You'll be responsible for planning, carrying out activities, maintaining the classroom environment, supervising children, and conducting parent-teacher conferences.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education: A degree in Early Childhood or a related field with additional Child Development courses.
  2. Experience: Working with young children, dependable, and nurturing.
