As a Family Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous recruitment and full enrollment of assigned sites, including grantee and/or partner sites. You will provide and monitor direct case management services for families enrolled in the Head Start and Early Head Start Programs, promoting services such as social services, family and community engagement, father engagement, literacy education, health tracking and nutrition, mental health, and disabilities.
As a liaison between the Head Start or Early Head Start center and the home, you will partner with families to assist in developing and implementing goals to address their needs and to support school readiness in their child/children. You will be responsible for performing the full range of family services, including information, referrals, and health tracking, and perform related duties as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure continuous recruitment and full enrollment of assigned sites
* Provide and monitor direct case management services for families enrolled in the Head Start and Early Head Start Programs
* Promote services such as social services, family and community engagement, father engagement, literacy education, health tracking and nutrition, mental health, and disabilities
* Serve as a liaison between the Head Start or Early Head Start center and the home
* Partner with families to assist in developing and implementing goals to address their needs and to support school readiness in their child/children
* Perform the full range of family services, including information, referrals, and health tracking
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of a high school diploma
* Degree in Social Work or a related discipline preferred
* Experience with Head Start and Early Head Start registrations, child electronic data tracking systems, Head Start Performance Standards, and Day Care licensing standards preferred
