We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at the Ironton-Lawrence County Area Community Action Organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing essential services to families and children in our community.

Job Summary:

This is a Non-Exempt position that involves providing home visits with infants and toddlers, along with their parents, primarily in the child's home and through group socialization opportunities. You'll work closely with other departments to integrate services for the child and family, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their well-being.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality home visiting services to families, focusing on child development and family support.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to provide a range of services, including health, nutrition, family services, mental health, and special services.
  3. Meet federal Head Start Performance Standards and local, state, and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum of a degree in Early Childhood or a related field with additional child development courses.
  2. Experience: Home visiting experience preferred.
