About the Role

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Mental Health Transition to Specialty Practice program. This comprehensive 2-year program is designed to support the growth and development of novice mental health clinicians into confident and skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a supportive team environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
  • Rotate through various mental health adult acute and continuing care units and specialist community teams to gain diverse experiences and skills.
  • Receive regular individual and group clinical supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and support.
  • Benefit from dedicated educational support from experienced clinicians and mentors, as well as access to comprehensive workshops and training programs.
  • Enjoy a part-time employment arrangement to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing, occupational therapy, or social work.
  • AHPRA registration prior to commencement.
  • Social workers must meet the eligibility requirements for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work.
