Job Overview

Hope Community Support Services is seeking a qualified Nurse to join our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular health assessments, respond to residents' medical needs, and oversee prescribed medications administration and treatments.
  • Track and document residents' health status, updating care plans as necessary.
  • Initiate, engage, assess, monitor, educate, coordinate, and provide interventions for residents and their families to improve care quality and health outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license in Maine.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in mental health, residential, or community health settings preferred.
