Key Responsibilities- Accurately receive and inspect inbound shipments to ensure they match purchase orders.
- Restock inventory in a neat and organized manner, utilizing radio frequency (RF) guns to track inventory levels.
- Operate a company vehicle to make deliveries according to manifest, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
- Utilize technology to maintain accurate logs and records, and obtain customer signatures as required.
- Verify the accuracy and condition of delivered materials.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, as well as product knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
The successful candidate will be able to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift, and lift, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment. The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties is also required. The work environment will be a light industrial warehouse and retail setting, with exposure to outdoor weather while loading and unloading the vehicle.
