Key Responsibilities of the Estimator:

  • Prepare and assess budget estimates for construction, including labor and material expenses
  • Employ Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as necessary
  • Draft and present budgets, reports, and project plans
  • Develop and oversee estimates for multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
