Operating Room Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our OR staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction to OR staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall OR experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze OR performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Provide education and training to OR staff on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in perioperative care.
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- CNOR preferred.
