Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the operating room
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
  • Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred
  • CNOR preferred
