Job Title: Registered Nurse Manager - Operating Room

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room team. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the Operating Room team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and support staff
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the Operating Room
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and support staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
  • Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred
  • CNOR preferred
