About the Opportunity

Zepf is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a SUD Program Coordinator Specialist. As a key member of our outpatient treatment team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

You will work closely with justice-involved individuals, service providers, and other stakeholders in the community to promote recovery-oriented outcomes. Your expertise in substance use disorder treatment, therapeutic techniques, and best practices will be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Oversee case consultations, review ASAM and treatment plan compliance to ensure they are evidence-based and effective.
  • Administrative Oversight: Assist with training new staff and ensure adherence to program/agency protocols and procedures.
  • Program Development and Management: Evaluate program effectiveness by analyzing outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments to meet client needs.
