Blood Plasma Collection Specialist

BioLife Plasma Services is a leading provider of plasma-based therapies, and we are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Blood Plasma Collection Specialists.
The estimated salary for this position is $16.00 per hour, which reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting blood plasma from donors using phlebotomy techniques
- Screening donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation
- Maintaining accurate records and coordinating donor compensation
- Helping identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiating changes to center processes
You will also work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our donors.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
