About the Role

Pueo Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Security Specialist to support our customer in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to ensure the security and integrity of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Submit and maintain accreditation documentation with the Authority of Accreditation (AO) for our secure facilities.
  • Secure Facility Management: Maintain 100+ secure facilities, including SCIFs, by conducting regular inspections, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring AO compliance.
  • Physical Security Inspections: Conduct thorough physical security inspections to identify potential risks and recommend mitigations.
  • Classified Material Handling: Handle, store, mark, and secure classified material up to and including TS/SCI level.
  • Access Control Management: Manage facility access control by ensuring only authorized individuals have access to secure areas.
  • Visitor Management: Process incoming visit requests via the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral visit requests for assigned personnel.
Requirements
  • An active TS/SCI clearance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Physical Security role, within government or military sectors, with expertise in accreditation documentation, construction records management, COOP site facility management, knowledge of accreditation and maintaining secure facilities, federal record policy, risk assessments, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
  • A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience supporting medium-scale DoD organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite of products.
