Position Overview: Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for skilled individuals to become part of our dedicated and goal-oriented Administrative Team. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact at our organization. Enjoy a fulfilling schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Your Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Facilitate effective communication with clients regarding scheduling, clinician information, services, and insurance inquiries.
- Respond promptly to referral outreach from partner organizations.
- Ensure timely communication by addressing emails, voicemails, and faxes within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Match clients with appropriate clinicians based on insurance, interests, and availability.
- Document placements in the intake log.
- Assist in the onboarding process by entering client demographics and insurance details, and sending necessary paperwork.
- Oversee the Clinicians Availability Log to enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify intake availability using clinician schedules.
- Manage the testing waitlist, maintaining accurate records of demographics and preferences.
- Guide clients through insurance submission and billing processes in collaboration with the billing department.
- Address inquiries from new testing clients within 24 business hours.
- Provide detailed information about testing services and scheduling options.
- Maintain communication with testing referral partners.
- Manage the testing placement tracker and coordinate appointments.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for degrees in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR systems, clinician support, and medical scheduling is required.
