Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

About the Role
  • As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for preparing patients for echocardiography examinations, performing 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies, and preparing preliminary interpretations of these studies.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient echo studies and assisting supervising physicians with the training of residents, fellows, and other physicians.
  • Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • A successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology and cardiac ultrasound is required.
  • Interpretation skills to facilitate a comprehensive examination and an accurate preliminary interpretation are essential.
  • A cardiac echocardiography technology program graduate is preferred.
