Job Title: Field Support Coordinator

Guardian Alarm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Monitor Equipment Shipments: Coordinate the timely delivery of equipment to our customers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain Service and Installation Schedules: Manage and update our schedules to ensure that all service and installation appointments are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Process Customer Data: Accurately enter and update customer information in our database, ensuring that all relevant details are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Ability to use Microsoft Office software to manage schedules, track customer data, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience: Relevant education or experience in a related field.
