Job Summary

Amtex Energy, Inc., an independent oil & gas operator, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Landman to join its team in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of the Land Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with ongoing operations, acquisition, maintenance, ownership management, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for distribution, tracking and processing of Division Orders of both operated and non-operated properties.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, correspondence, and various land and legal documents to be sent out to surface owners, royalty interest owners, industry partners, working interest owners, etc.
  • Track the review, execution, acquisition, and ownership of new agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • CPL preferred
  • Previous in-house oil & gas operator experience required
  • Work in-office Monday-Friday
  • Have the ability to travel, if needed
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Amtex Energy, Inc. provides benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
