Project Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce various land development projects, including residential and commercial developments.
  • Oversee the design and production of public works and private development improvement projects, such as streets, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures where needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (Civil) registration in the State of Texas or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four to eight years of experience in land development design, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
  • Expertise in Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting project goals and deadlines.
