Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer PE to lead our Land Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, including planning, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, promoting their growth and development within the company.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing clear updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000 per year, based on experience.
