Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with residents to collect rent and discuss various topics, including rent delinquency, move-in/move-out processes, and eviction notices.
  • Manage site staff, including leasing team members, assistants, security personnel, and maintenance technicians. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee community operations to meet budget targets and complete monthly management reports.
  • Create turn schedules, solicit bids for turn services, and oversee all turn operations.
  • Prepare and distribute financial move-out statements to residents.
  • Participate in resident life activities, retention programs, and marketing events.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Prior sales and customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of property management experience preferred.
  • Experience with property management software, outside vendors, and collection agencies preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, maintenance requests, OSHA safety regulations, and eviction processes preferred.
  • Marketing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF software required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
