  • Address customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and communicate findings to the management team.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in updating product catalogs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Organize sales discussions with significant industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail cannabis sales.
  • In-depth understanding of cannabis varieties, quality benchmarks, cultivation methods, and retail products.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and adaptable to various CRM systems and tools.
  • Expertise in cold-calling, follow-up strategies, and account management.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
Compensation Details:
  • Compensation structure based on commission.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
