POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their contributions to our mission of revolutionizing food production. As a Production Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our produce through careful packaging practices. This position will enhance your organizational skills and familiarize you with essential manufacturing practices that uphold food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately packaging products according to established specifications.
  • Safely operating packaging machinery to maintain efficiency.
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing the work area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to good manufacturing practices to ensure ongoing safety and productivity.
  • Reporting any potential issues or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness to learn machinery operation.
  • Commitment to a consistent schedule, including potential weekend shifts.
  • Eligibility to work verified through E-Verify.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Shifts available: 1st Shift; (4) 10-hour days, with various scheduling options.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Repetitive motions are required throughout the shift.
  • Exposure to ambient temperatures is expected during work hours.
